Marcellus Dignam - Senior Associate

Marcellus Dignam practices in the areas of commercial law and commercial litigation.
He acts for a variety of large corporations and provides both commercial advice and litigation support.
Marcellus has broad experience in corporations law, trusts, PPSA (Personal Property Securities Act) and commercial contracts. Marcellus brings these skills to commercial transactions including in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and employment contracts, PPSA Security Agreements, joint ventures and business sale and purchase.
His litigation experience extends to superior court litigation as well as specialized courts/tribunals. Marcellus also has experience in consumer claims practice and compliance programmes for retail clients. He regularly undertakes in-house presentations and training for members of the practice.
